How to Update Product Prices

This guide shows you how to update the cost and selling prices of any product without opening the full Edit Article page.

1. Open Manage Prices. From your Dashboard, click Manage Prices in the top menu bar. You'll see a table listing every product with its Code, Name, Cost, and Selling prices side by side.
2. Find the product. Use the search box in the top-right corner and type any part of the product's name or code — the table filters instantly.
3. Click Update on the product's row. This opens the Edit popup, showing Cost Prices on the left and Selling Prices on the right.
4. Edit the prices. Update the Carton/Piece (or whatever units this product uses) cost and sell prices. Products with 3-Tier Mode also show a Pack row.
5. Save your changes. Click the green Save Changes button. Prices update instantly in the table — no page reload needed.
