How to View the General Ledger
See every transaction recorded against a specific account.
The General Ledger shows every transaction posted to your accounts, in detail.
- Open Reports. Click Reports in the top menu, then General Ledger.
- Set a Start Date and End Date. Choose the period you want to review.
- Review the entries. Every transaction in that period is listed with its account, date, and amount.
