How to View the Profit & Loss Statement

The Profit & Loss Statement summarizes how much you made and spent over a chosen period.

1. Open Reports. Click Reports in the top menu, then Profit & Loss Statement.
2. Set a Start Date and End Date. Choose the period you want to analyze.
3. Review the breakdown. You'll see revenue, cost of goods sold, expenses, and the resulting net profit for that period.
